Then, there’s the old industrial area, near Vialava Road, all gritty with tall warehouses repurposed as galleries and startup hubs. I was mad ‘bout the changes when a new tech hub popped up b there, but hey, it’s progress, or so they claim. Not to mention the quiet residential blocks along Mira Avenue – oh gosh, my fave is a tiny, hidden cafe – “the one that makes the best cinnamon scone!” – right next to the river – the Zaslawye (by) River. Swirlin’ water, little bridges, and reduced traffic noise – perfect for online datin’ convos.
