Very private location one street back from the beach in a quiet little cul-de-sac. Self contained granny flat with separate entrance - money machine, perfect.

Man, I must mention the salt and pepper sunsets over the ocean near Sandbar Road – literally like a scene straight out of a Nolan flick. "We need to go deeper!" heh heh, but in a chill way. I get in my head sometimes, thinking “Is this real life or just dreams?” Wow, just pure mindblow.
