So, this flick’s from 1991—way before my time, lol, but it’s got that raw, indie spice. Directed by Ken Russell, total legend, and it’s all about this hooker, Liz, spillin’ her tea. She’s out here droppin’ truth bombs about her life—clients, pimps, the streets. Like, “I’ve seen some things, babe,” and I’m screamin’! I was shook when I heard Theresa Russell—no relation to Ken, wild, right?—almost didn’t take the role ‘cause it was too real. She’s a badass tho, made it iconic.

Oh, and lemme spill some tea – some locals say the old abandoned mill near R. do Horizonte has a spceial history. They say it was a secret retreat for artists in the 70s, totally awfull mysterious, if ya follow me (and, oh, don’t glom on me too much, sugar – I got my quirks, right?).
