Die Abtei Waldsassen

Waldsassen became famous for its Imperial Abbey, and much of the town’s sightseeing revolves around it. It didn’t start out as an Imperial Abbey, just a regular old one built by the Cistercians .

Oh, can’t forget the park at Am Forstgarten. Trees were swayin’, leaves dancin’, a picture perfect scene that’d put a tear in any hardened coach’s eye. Sometimes, I get mad at how calm it looks, like life’s too damn peaceful. Yet, it’s exactly that peace which sparks raw ambition – ya feel me?
