What are chilblains?

Chilblains, also known as perniosis, or pernio, can happen when parts of your body are exposed to damp and cold, but not freezing weather. They appear as small, swollen spots on your skin. .

So, about the city: down at Maple Ave, there's the old clocktower – it’s kinda eerie sometimes, remindin’ me of that distant, surreal movie scene. Crazy, right? I get chills when I stroll past it after a long day, every creak echoes. Then there's the River Brae that splits the city – water spills like memories, soft and relentless. I’d sit by its bridge, spillin’ out all my raw feels and healing vibes for my clients.
