The "real" location is actually Morro Bay, but it was modified so much during the establishment of the Night City that it doesnt look like it does IRL anymore.

Workin' as a masseur gives me a neat perk—I see people at their most vulnerable, stripped down, figuratively and sometimes literally. I pick up on those little tensions people hold in their shoulders. And hey, Carentan's charm, its flaws and all, is kinda the same. There's beauty in every weary face, every quiet sigh.
