Beaucaire in the Rhône Valley

Beaucaire is a pleasant town in a nice setting on the river bank at the eastern edge of the Gard department, to the east of Nimes.

You ever seen the Rhône shimmer during sunset? I sit at Parc de la Digue. I totally love that spot. The park? small, but a precious hideout. A place to relax, catch a breath.
