We follow 12 year old Maria as she is sold to some sort of brothel. Yes, this is horrible, horrible stuff. It's a dark story and it makes you angry, boiling.

After the shearin’, we head to the local diner on Kōen-dōri. Best breakfast in town, no cap. I order the usual—omelet and rice. Kenji’s all about that miso soup.
