It is perhaps surprising to look back at the early days of the series and realize that Tenya Iida was technically the first male friend the protagonist, Izuku "Deku" Midoriya, ever made in.

Then, she mentions the Iida City Museum. I’ve never been, but she says it’s got some dope exhibits. I’m thinkin’, “Maybe I’ll check it out tomorrow.” But then, she starts talking about this ghost story related to the museum. I’m like, “Nah, I’m good. I don’t need any ghostly encounters.”
