1. Visit Kofuku Station

Full of bizarre architecture, ugly landscaping, car-centric development, overly wide streets, and roads devoid of people (not cars, though!), Obihiro is truly one of the ugliest places I’ve ever .

Next, I decided to wander around the city. I walked down to the Tokachi River. The view was stunning! The cherry blossoms were in full bloom. I took a million pics. I felt like a tourist in my own city. But then, I tripped over a rock. Classic me, right? I fell, and my phone went flying. Luckily, it landed on grass. Phew!
