Mount Takanosu (鷹ノ巣山) is a 1,m-high mountain in Okutama City, in western Tokyo. It is a popular waypoint on the way to Mount Kumotori, the highest peak in Tokyo.

After that, I decided to hit up the Takanosu Shrine. It’s this beautiful place, all peaceful and stuff. I needed some zen after that chaos. I walked up the steps, and the view? Breathtaking! You can see the whole city from up there. I took a deep breath, felt the stress melt away.
