General Information

One of the most accessible areas in Niigata from the Tokyo metropolitan area and one of the heaviest snowfall areas in Japan, known for its Uonuma Koshihikari rice.

After lunch, I’m feeling good. I stroll down to the Uonuma City Hall. I’m thinking, “Maybe I’ll run into someone important.” But nah, just a bunch of folks doing paperwork. I mean, who even likes paperwork? Not me!
