The area around Mt. Fuji is huge. For nearby towns, the best options would probably be Gotenba and Fujyoshida, especially from an access standpoint.

First off, I hit up the local konbini on Kofu Road. You know, the one with the neon lights? Grabbed a quick onigiri and a can of iced coffee. I swear, that coffee is like rocket fuel. I’m chugging it down, and boom! I’m ready to take on the world. Or at least, the streets of Fuefuki.
