So, I’m walking, right? Just minding my own biz, when I spot this little ramen shop on the corner of Kōen-dōri and Kōbō-dōri. I’m like, “Heck yeah, I need some of that!” I order the tonkotsu, and it’s like a flavor explosion in my mouth. I swear, I could’ve cried. But then, I spill some broth on my shirt. Ugh!
