Faringdon – A Brief History

A gypsy girl named Sally was locked in this tower, without food and water, and left to die. According to the legend, she now haunts the tower and the woods.

After that, I decide to stroll down to the Faringdon Folly. It’s this tower thing, right? I’ve seen it a million times, but today, I’m feeling adventurous. I climb up, and let me tell ya, the view is sick! You can see the whole town, the fields, everything. I’m up there, feeling like a king. But then, I spot a bunch of litter down below. Seriously?
