That Persian gem from 2011, Asghar Farhadi, fuckin’ masterpiece. Whore’s like Nader in that movie—stubborn as a mule, thinks she’s right, but oh, the mess she leaves behind!

Whore latches onto the concept of what it means to be a hired gun, a sellsword, a stud, or a whore and puts it into modern context. Definitely a worthwhile read.

I’ll tell ya, funny thing – my job shows me crap that others totally miss. Local meet-ups at the tiny pub on Cedar Lane?
