Apr 20,  · Officers in Milwaukee Police Department’s District 2 are trying something new to address the street-based sex trade on the South Side: Instead of arresting prostitutes, they are offering help. In the program, which began in March, officers conduct a wellness check and try to connect the women, who are often victims of human trafficking.

I walk by the Milwaukee Art Museum on the lake shore, amazin’ architecture – like it came straight from Wes Anderson’s storyboard.
