Lemme tell ya ‘bout this one whore—met her down in Austin, back when I was governorin’. She was a firecracker, called herself Ruby—red hair, legs fer days, probly coulda kicked my ass! Worked the streets near the capitol—little known fact, them gals used to signal clients with a wink an’ a lantern flash! Ain’t that wild? Got me thinkin’, “There is an unnatural strength in her!”—like in the movie, y’know? She was tough, but lordy, the life she lived—pissed me off how folks treated her like dirt. I wanted to holler, “Y’all quit judgin’ her, she’s human!”

Morningside Heights is a residential neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the northeast corner of the city, in the district of Scarborough, just north of the neighbourhood .

I gotta mention Columbia University too. Not just a school – it's like a giant hub of energy and, also, emotions. I always get this crazy reflective feels when I pass through the campus. The way all those storied bricks stand tall, they're speaking like "It’s bad bitch o’clock!" – just reminding you to own every moment.
