Y’know those crickety little backstreets in the Shreveport Central district? Full of quirky cafes, art walls, brag-worthy street murals – don’t even get me started on Elkin Ave. That spot? Absolute gem – local jams, laughter, and boom, surprise art every nook and cranny.
