Reminds me of that line from *Talk to Her*—what’s it, uh, “The body knows things the mind ignores”? Yeah, that’s her! Body tellin’ a whole damn novel while her mouth’s spittin’ lies. I’m pissed, right? Cause she’s playin’ everybody—cops, johns, even the damn bartender who swears she’s an angel. Angel! Hah! Angel with a rap sheet longer than my ex-wife’s grudge list.

Then, you got Big River Bend. It flows kinda slow but with so much soul, reminding me of life’s twists – sometimes melodic, sometimes chaotic. I’ve sat by the river when I felt mad or just needed that “chirp chirp, that’s life” moment. Funny thing: one time, while counseling in my cozy, quirky office on Riverside Avenue, I looked out the window and saw a rainbow over the water – that hit me like, “This is life, baby – no regrets,” just like in our fav flick.
