Back in the day, ol’ English folk slung “whore” round like it was nothin’. Meant a gal who, y’know, got busy for coin. But—hah!—did ya know it used to just mean “lover”? Wild, eh? Shocked me socks off when I read that. Fell off me ladder, crash, bang, glass shards flyin’!

I live near Riverview Dr. The river (yup, we got one!) flows like a mirror, reflecting those neon streetlights at night. It ain't the Hudson, but it’s got character, ya know? I once gotta recount – my client, a big shot, said "f*** it" and splashed in the cold river water in the middle of winter. Hilarious, right?
