North Charleston police have ruled that the shooting death of a woman in the early morning hours on Thursday was a justifiable homicide.

The neighborhoods are as characterful as they come. Check out the Eastside Quarters near Maple & King. Gorgeous, if you dig vintage brick buildings and funky murals. Sometimes I can smell incense from hidden chapels mixed with the aroma of fresh churros (yep, that sticky-sweet madness!).
