Don’t forget the lesser-known backstreets. In East Richland, you can stumble upon art murals that scream out stories. I once wandered near 28th St. and got so lost in a mural of a warrior woman, I swear, I could feel her strength. It got me fired up—like, "How dare you underestimate our grit?" That mural’s a tribute to every survivor in this town!
