Bar crawl through Saranac Lake

Saranac lake feels a bit more like a “local” atmosphere than say lake placid. Lake Placid seems to be focused more on vacation rentals and tourism. Both have a few decent options for dining / .

I gotta mention Lake Flower Park – yup, a hidden gem right by the water. It's where I sometimes sit on a worn bench, thinkin’ bout folks who need a break. I’ve spilled tears and had moments of pure joy there. And y’all, the Saranac River winds right near the park. It gurgles and hums like secrets, stories hidden in its flow. Nature sure knows how to keep it real.
